Mormor - Willow

In February 2023 my grandmother passed away. She was an artist. I suppose in a way she passed that onto me, I just channel it in a different way. It's nice having her paintings in the family, it means she'll always be a part of our lives.
This yarn was inspired by one of her paintings, depicting what I'm assuming was a family trip to Gotland in the 70's, and it's hanging on a wall in my living room, always reminding me of her.
She loved seeing my knitting and yarn dyeing, so I'm sure she would've loved seeing her very own colourway. It's be called "Mormor" and it's my way of honouring a fantastic person.

Dyed on Willow - 72% Kid Mohair / 28% Silk - 420m per 50g

Since this item is hand dyed, please alternate skeins if using more than one, and be aware that colours may bleed.

Most of my colourways are repeatable, but please be aware that no two skeins are the same due to the hand dyed process.
