For in stock items I aim to post it out within 2-5 business days, pre orders on the other hand can take 2-4 weeks depending on my workload and whether I have your requested base in stock!

For the UK I automatically ship 2nd class, which should take 2-3 business days to arrive.

For Europe delivery should take 3-5 business days, and Rest of World 6-7 business days.

Please note that this is all subject to change, as we all know by now that it can take significantly longer for mail to pass through the system!

I don't smoke, but I do have two cats! All the yarn is locked up far away from them, but obviously if you are severely allergic I can't guarantee my yarn to be completely fur free!
